Just as you would never buy property from a guy on the street at home….do not ever do try to do that on Bali! Always consult with a professional real estate company and always execute the deposits, contract and closing with a licensed PPAT Notaris or Advokat.
Buying property in Bali can be completely safe and legal. There is no need to circumvent the law, whether as an individual buyer or as an investor.
